Student (F and M) visas allow you to study in the USA and bring your partner as well as children, who have the right to attend school in the USA. Visa fee for student visa application is 185USD and processing time depends on the case. The waiting period is the time until your interview is scheduled. In certain cases, after the interview the officer could require additional processing that could last up to 6 months.
